You gain access to exclusive benefits, which you can view in your personal online account and enjoy by using the myIASO digital loyalty card.

No! myIASO program is provided completely free of charge and you may participate in it at no cost!

 

In order to become a member of myIASO - the loyalty program that cares for the health of the entire family - you just have to express your interest at the cashier’s offices of IASO Maternity - Gynecology Clinic, IASO General Clinic or IASO Children's Hospital and to have used IASO Group’s services once in the past or on the day of your visit.

The personnel will send you the activation SMS and all you have to do is follow the steps!

 

Most likely, your mobile number has not been entered into our system correctly. Visit the Contact Us | myIASO page, select "I have not received the registration invite for myIASO program" as the reason for contact and fill in your details accurately.

Visit the Reset Password page, fill in the email you used when registering for the program and a link will be sent to you in order to reset your password.

To save the digital card on your mobile, you must have either an Android or an iPhone smartphone.

  • If you have opened the My card | myIASO page on your mobile, you will instantly see the "Save to GPay" and "Add to Apple Wallet" buttons. Select depending on your device and follow the steps presented to you.
     
  • If you have opened the page on a computer or laptop, then you will see the "ADD TO WALLET" button.
    Once you press it, a QR code will appear, which you can scan with your smartphone’s camera and the options page will open, as mentioned above.

 

To unsubscribe from the program, you must send a message through the contact form on the Contact us | myIASO page.

 

Select "I want to cancel my membership" as the reason for contact  and fill in your details.

As soon as the team receives your message, they will carry out your request and inform you of its completion.

When your membership is canceled, you will no longer be able to redeem the program’s benefits and receive updates on new offers. At the same time, you will no longer have access to your profile on the program’s website.

The points you collect guarantee exclusive benefits for you, starting from the first day you become a member of myIASO.

By registering, you automatically enter the Yellow tier, the first tier of the program, and you can use all its benefits.

At the same time, you can redeem your healthies while enjoying health services that you will find on the redemption benefits page.

Total healthies are the points, healthies, you have collected since the first day you signed up for myIASO.

Your total healthies determine your Tier, which comes with specific Tier Benefits.

The "Available healthies for redemption" determine how many and which Redemption Benefits you are entitled to if you redeem the points corresponding to each Redemption Benefit.

Tier benefits have no limit as to their use and you may use them as many times as you wish. Redemption benefits correspond to specific healthies and you can redeem them as long as the number of available healthies you have is sufficient. Redeeming reduces the number of healthies available, depending on the redemption benefit you have chosen, but does not affect the tier you belong to.

Available healthies for redemption = Total Healthies - Redeemed Healthies

By logging in to your myiaso.gr account, in "myIASO account" you can see the points you have collected, the tier you belong to and the points available for redemption.

Moreover, in your account you can see the history of your healthies and the level benefits you are entitled to or the benefits you can earn by redeeming healthies, in detail.

You can utilize your Benefits only during your visit, at the cashier’s offices of IASO Maternity - Gynecology Clinic, IASO General Clinic or IASO Children's Hospital.

If you wish to redeem your healthies, the personnel will carry out the redemption process for you.

For each registration of a dependent family member with the same registration mobile phone, the new members are added to your already existing account.

In this way, you can collect points together and enjoy the benefits of myIASO, while caring for your health!

Of course! By logging in to your myiaso.gr account, in "myIASO account" on the 'Transfer healthies' page, you may transfer as many healthies as you wish from your own account to another account of a friend or family member, by using their mobile phone.

You simply ask your friend, during their registration, to fill in your phone number in the special field of the registration form. You and your friend will earn 250 healthies each.
